Is ELIXIR RECOVERY included in a standard membership?
The ATMOS Base covers the training floor, studio classes and showers. Recovery comes in through the ELIXIR Add-On, or in full on the Longevity Black Card.
Do I need experience for EMS or Hyrox?
No. EMS is always run one-to-one with a supervising trainer, and Hyrox work is scaled to your current conditioning. Both start from your biomechanics assessment.
Are membership numbers really capped?
Yes. Each tier has a fixed cap so the floor and the recovery wing don't queue. When a tier is full it closes to a waitlist rather than being oversold.
Any joining fees or lock-in?
No hidden fees, no complicated contracts. The membership price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Can I try it before joining?
Book a studio tour. It includes a complimentary biomechanics assessment, a walkthrough of the recovery wing and a macro consultation.
Do you do corporate packages?
