Premium facilities

Four zones. One roof. Zero compromise.

Every square metre of ATMOS is allocated to one of two jobs: creating the stimulus, or repairing it.

Zone 01

The Iron Arena

Where hypertrophy is engineered, not hoped for.

  • Pin-loaded selectorised range. Fast, safe progressive overload with a consistent strength curve — ideal for high-volume work and for training close to failure without a spotter.
  • Plate-loaded machines. Independent, converging arms that follow the joint instead of fighting it. Free-weight resistance profile, machine stability.
  • Full free-weight platform. Barbells, benches, racks and bumper plates for the compounds everything else is built on.
  • Every muscle covered. The selection exists so no muscle group is trained badly just because the right machine wasn't in the room.

Zone 02

Hyrox & Functional Turf

Conditioning that transfers outside the building.

  • Hyrox-ready turf. Sled push and pull, farmers carries, wall balls, rowing and ski — the full competition movement set, trainable as a circuit or as a race simulation.
  • EMS training studio. Wireless electrical muscle stimulation recruits deep fibres a voluntary contraction misses. Twenty minutes, supervised, for people whose calendar has no more room in it.
  • Heavy-bag boxing. Footwork, output and a genuinely different kind of conditioning — plus the best stress dump in the building.
  • Studio classes. Yoga, Pilates and Zumba, coached, for mobility, control and the aerobic base that makes everything else possible.

ELIXIR RECOVERY

Zone 03

ELIXIR RECOVERY Wing

The other 23 hours, engineered.

  • Ice plunge. Cold immersion to blunt post-session inflammation, sharpen alertness and train your stress response deliberately.
  • Infrared sauna with red light therapy. Deep radiant heat paired with red and near-infrared wavelengths — for circulation, soft tissue and skin.
  • Jacuzzi & steam room. Warm hydrotherapy and moist heat to decompress the spine, open the airways and finish the contrast cycle.
  • Air compression massage. Sequential pneumatic compression through the legs to flush metabolites and cut next-day heaviness.
  • Massage chairs. Full-body mechanical work, on demand, with no appointment needed.
  • Dry cupping. Negative-pressure decompression for the deep restriction that foam rolling never gets to.

Zone 04

Decompression Showers

Walk out better than you walked in.

  • Change rooms held to hotel standard. Because this is the part of a gym that tells you exactly how it's actually run.
  • Rainfall showers. The last step of the recovery sequence, not an afterthought bolted onto the exit.
  • Grooming essentials provided. Train at seven, be presentable by eight. Nothing to carry.

From the build. From the floor.

Uncut clips — construction progress, equipment going in, and the first sessions on the floor.
